The Spirit of movement is dedicated to providing you a space
in which to enhance your well-being and improve and maintain a healthy
balance in your day-to-day life, through the practice of simple and gentle
exercises involving body, mind and spirit.
You can find the activity which fulfils your needs either on a weekly
basis (Tai Chi or Chi Kung)
or through regular workshops such as the Sword
Dance or Meditation Cycle. Or
maybe through a combination of both.
The practice of which will enable you to enjoy their benefits in the
long term as well as from day one, and to appreciate the positive changes
that they will bring to your life.
